Run well, Offender Management programmes are one of the best ways to support offenders out of crime and reduce their offending.

Our passion for helping multi-agency offender management programmes came from personally seeing how they help and what they can deliver.

We’ve been involved and gained experience in many ways:

  • At practical, operational, academic and consultancy levels.
  • Setting up, operating, and championing multi-agency offender schemes
  • With Cambridge University conducting the first ever quantitative evaluation of an Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Programme in the UK (2011).
  • Conducting independent evaluations and presenting our academic evaluations to Government Departments in both the UK and Ireland.
  • Building an Insight Toolkit™ to evaluate offender management programmes and assess how well they work.
  • As lead academic author for a peer reviewed journal on IOM (Williams and Ariel, 2012) published in the Oxford Journal of Policing.
  • As lead facilitator for the Academy for Justice National Working Group on IOM and Prolific Offending.
  • Providing consultancy support to develop and deliver effective strategic and operational approaches.
